Book a Class
We start each new client with a free consultation to discuss your current abilities and fitness goals. During this meeting we will lay out a detailed plan of how we are going to achieve those goals.
We are open Monday - Friday 5 am - 7 pm, and Saturdays by appointment only. To schedule a class please call for availability. Group Classes available, maximum of 3 people.
